Based in Singapore, he leads the firm’s research on Asia’s commercial real estate markets, with a focus on capital flows and pricing metrics. Benjamin is the author of the Asia Pacific Capital Trends publication and is also responsible for the research and development of global commercial real estate transaction pricing indices.
